More than 1,600 people took part in the Forum, representing leading developers and manufacturers of technological equipment, managers and technical specialists from high-tech companies in various industries, researchers and students from Russian technical universities, managers and employees of leading engineering schools, and representatives of federal and regional authorities.

The Forum was attended by Anton Alikhanov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

Key points of participation:

• Report from POLYCHIM — a report was presented at the forum on the topic: ‘Water-miscible and oil-based coolants for cold metal processing. Experience in import substitution.’
• Discussion of innovations — forum participants considered the prospects for the development of technologies in the field of metalworking and modern lubricating and cooling fluids (coolants).
• Networking — the event provided an opportunity to exchange experiences with leading industry experts and discuss opportunities for cooperation.
