Politren MR-S
Cooling lubricant
Specificity
Politren MR-S is an oil cutting fluid (CF) based on mineral oil and a complex of antifriction, extreme pressure, detergent, dispersant and other additives. The CF is universal, increases the durability of the cutting tool, the cleanliness of the surface of the products, the processing speed, has a reduced formation of oil mist and smoke, a reduced level of specific odor. It is used in the processing of steels and alloys, including stainless steel, in turning, deep drilling, thread cutting, milling operations.

Safety Requirements, Toxicological Properties and Environmental Protection
The cutting fluid Politren MR-S is a flammable liquid with a flash point in an open crucible of at least 175°C.
It does not irritate the skin and mucous membranes of the eyes with single or repeated exposure.
The main component polluting the air of the working area when using cutting fluid is mineral oil aerosol (MPC – 5 mg / m3).
The premises in which work is carried out with Politren MR-S must be equipped with continuously operating supply and exhaust mechanical ventilation. Monitoring the air quality in production premises is carried out according to the air quality monitoring schedule of the workshop, agreed upon with local sanitary and epidemiological authorities.
The service personnel working with cutting fluid must be provided with a set of special clothing and personal protective equipment in accordance with standard industry standards.
When preparing working solutions of Politren MR-S cutting fluids in oil and when using them, the requirements of the “Sanitary Rules for Working with Cutting Fluids and Technological Lubricants”, No. 3935-85 dated September 29, 1985, should be observed.
Cutting fluid that gets on the skin of the hands and face should be removed with a clean rag, and the remains should be washed off with warm water and soap.
If cutting fluid gets on the working parts of mechanisms or the floor, it should be removed with a rag, and the remains should be washed off with water.
To develop and manufacture its products, POLIHIM uses its own laboratory and production facilities, which are equipped with all the necessary equipment.
