Specificity
Politren MD is a fully synthetic water-soluble liquid consisting of surfactants, a complex of corrosion inhibitors and additives; does not contain harmful nitrites, glycols, phenol, or chlorine compounds.

Purpose
- Polytren MD is designed for cleaning, including degreasing, metal and other parts and circulation systems for supplying lubricating and cooling liquids
- flushing pipes after drawing and other processes with surface contamination with oil and technical products
- in the technically required concentration it has high anti-corrosion, emulsifying and cleaning properties from coolants, oils, fats, soaps, emulsions, grinding and polishing pastes, soot, metal dust, etc., it also has a bactericidal and fungicidal effect on the microflora of contamination from coolants of emulsion, synthetic and semi-synthetic types
- Polytren MD increases the service life of water-miscible coolants by 2-3 times, increases the service life of the tool, improves the sanitary and hygienic and technical condition of industrial equipment, reduces damage to coolant supply devices in the metalworking zone and other machine components, allows to exclude such operations as flushing and passivation
Performance characteristics

easily soluble in water - Polytren MD is used as a 2% or 4% aqueous solution for flushing pipelines after draining the spent emulsion during circulation in the system for 2-20 hours, and also as a 5-10%
- aqueous solution for flushing steel equipment, steel parts and products made of any materials.
- for hard-to-clean products, the concentration can be increased to 8-17%, the temperature of the flushing solution to 70-90°C, the duration of flushing up to 30 minutes
- can be used for flushing pipelines when added (1-2%) to the spent coolant 24-48 hours before draining it during a normal working cycle
Safety Requirements, Toxicological Properties and Environmental Protection
The cleaning liquid Politren MD is non-flammable.
Politren MD in accordance with GOST 12.0.007-76 belongs to the lowest hazard class IV of low-hazard chemical compounds. Politren MD does not have the ability to sensitize.
The main components that pollute the air of the working area when using Politren MD are the aerosol of surfactants and triethanolamine (MPC w.z. – 5 mg / m3).
The premises in which work is carried out with Politren MD must be equipped with continuously operating supply and exhaust mechanical ventilation. Monitoring the state of the air environment in production premises is carried out according to the schedule of monitoring the air environment of the workshop, agreed with the local sanitary and epidemiological service.
The service personnel working with Politren MD must be provided with a set of special clothing and personal protective equipment in accordance with standard industry standards.
When preparing working solutions of Politren MD in water and when using them, the requirements of the “Sanitary Rules for Working with Lubricating and Cooling Liquids and Technological Lubricants”, No. 3935-85 dated September 29, 1985, must be observed.
Politren MD liquid that gets on the skin of the hands or face must be removed with a clean rag, the residue must be washed off with plenty of water or rinsed with warm water.
If Politren MD gets on the working parts of mechanisms, remove it with a rag and wash off the residue with water.
Politren MD liquid is completely soluble in water. Its maximum permissible concentration in water bodies (MPCv), determined by triethanolamine, is 1.4 mg/l, the maximum concentration supplied to bio-treatment (MCb) is 5 mg/l.
To neutralize the Polytren MD liquid, its concentration must be brought to the above MPCv and MCb.
To develop and manufacture its products, POLIHIM uses its own laboratory and production facilities, which are equipped with all the necessary equipment.
